LIVING TODAY AND TOMORROW

In Climbing Higher with me, I want you to know that I will be sharing thoughts and papers that my husband Wm. Henry Cash wrote over the years.   So much wisdom in all that he wrote.   He gleaned it from the Word, and also from other books that he read.   He ministered to others from 1951 until 2012 when he died and went to be with Jesus in glory.    I have been so blessed, that I wish to share his writings with others.

Look for good things to come in this series.   If you are a young person just looking for some help in choosing your pathway, these will help you, I am confident.   My husband came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior at the age of 14.   He said that he felt called to preach from the time he was saved.   This paper was written in 1949 at the time when he had already begun his education to do just that.  I was only a Sophomore in High School at the time, living 3000 miles away.  I had no idea of who I would someday marry.   Meanwhile, he was praying, and trusting God for his future.    I reflect how precious it is to me to have this paper, as it is so much a confirmation of his faith that God would someday bring us together.   In 1960 on May 7th we married in Sacramento CA.   He had been in Christian work for 10 years, and had been pastor of a church for 7 years, in the state of Oregon.
We were married 52 years and 7 months.  I treasure his writings that he has left behind.   Many of these he used over and over as he shared them with folk in ministry.   Now I can put these on my blogs and share them with you.
